I was contacted by HR to set up an interview with a manager. I was asked standard questions like - "why this job" "what age group/experience with lesson plans". I then had time to ask questions. What is incredibly disappointing about this experience is I was ghosted after the interview.
By the time you have an interview with the organization, you would expect the bare minimum of a rejection email, but apparently, a tier 3 PAID museum in DC is too busy to do the courtesy of a "sorry we went with someone else". It's truly shameful behavior, so beware that. I imagine it bleeds in to their disrespect when you become an employee.
