Interview
The interview was very friendly and relaxed, in-person, around 40 minutes long with 8 questions and sub questions. A prepared task was expected. Over a weeks notice was given for the interview, accessibility requirements and any other needs were asked for.

Question 1
Standard questions relevant to the role in terms of operational experience, prioritisation of workload and working methods. There were more EDI questions that expected, but it was a welcomed and pleasant surprise, its great to see that EDI is such a high priority for the organisation.
