It was a phone interview. After that phone interview, they sent me out an agent agreement. Once i had that completed I went on the webinar training and they had me start running leads within 2 days.

A sales manager contacted me to explain the position. Basically you will receive ''warm leads'' once per day but to succeed you will need to do your own cold calls. after a short discussion over my background and the position in question. The sales manager basically offered me a formation conditionnel to a video formation.
