I applied online. I interviewed at National Defense University (Washington, DC) in Oct 2019
Interview
Interview process was gated through 3 rounds. 1st round was executed by a selection committee to identify the prospective candidates that would be offered an opportunity to provide a teaching demonstration. The 2nd round was a professionally administered series of questions in turn by a panel of three. The 3rd round was really the second phase of the interview where a Socratic seminar teaching demonstration was required.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What experience do you have leading Socratic seminars and how did you incorporate your practical experience into that curricula?
It was an online interview with a large panel but you could only hear them, there was no video, typically subject related question, Too short and fast track questioning, the main interviewer tended to rush and cut answers.

Interview
Pretty chill interview. Interviewer just asked me questions about my interests and what my career goals were. Asked about what I have written in the past and how I would describe myself in a team environment.
