Several rounds of interviews, mix of behavioral questions and region-specific questions. All interviews were with members of relevant teams. Some of the people I spoke to came across as fairly stressed by the job, though everyone was friendly and polite to me.

Standard interview with two rounds of interviews, all behavioral questions. Focused on relevant grant and regional experience to the position. After the second interview, HR reached out with an offer letter.

What do you see as the biggest threat to democracy today?
In general, this was a very short interview process which consisted of an initial phone screen with HR (only 15 minutes long) and one interview with the hiring manager (45 minutes).
