It was a working interview. I came in on a Thursday and worked the entire day. Fulfilled 8 hours of work for them and then went home. They asked me if I could come back tomorrow as well because they liked my work so much. I had another interview the next day so I worked half a day. I noticed that the controller who taught me how to use the software didn't know how to use it himself.
