Worst interview process I ever had. I was in need of work and I applied for NatGen. I went through a staffing agency to apply for this position. I was scheduled my first interview (in person) and did a fantastic job! Then they scheduled my second interview with the supervisor and manager of desktop support. I did a fantastic job again!!! They spoke with my staffing agency and offered me the position. I accepted. They gave me a starting date about 2 weeks out from the interview date. I turned down at least another 4-5 job offers during that time. I kept calling my recruiter about my start date and they pushed it back an extra week.... and then an extra week... and then finally told me that they gave the position to a WALK-IN off the street. A walk-in... Someone who just walked in, didnt submit an application, didn't go through the interview process etc... And to make it worse, this was that person's FIRST IT job. I have over 9 years IT experience... This management promised me a job and then gave it to a walk-in with ZERO IT experience. This should make all applicants seriously doubt the competency of the management at NatGen. Never again.
