Smooth and fair. The assessment day covered a strengths based interview which was more of a conversation. Then 2 tasks, one individual, one group task. Overall a positive experience, and disappointing to not get the role.

First was pre recorded interview that had about 5 to 6 questions. Then assessment centre was divided into a case study and competitive based interview questions. The case study was with a group of people and the interview was was with 2 other people.
