Applied online, phone interview, then brought onsite to office and job site. Easy questions in interview asking about experience. Nothing challenging. Was nice to get to see an actual job site to make decision.
I interviewed at National Grid (Warwick, West Midlands, England)
Interview
Good interview, very fair with good structure. Questions had logic to them associated with the position. Standard conversation to go along with the proceedings. I was made to feel comfortable
Classic “tell me about a time questions” that related to companies core values which can be found on their website. Emphasis on safety, do the right thing, and other things
