I first interviewed with two program officers and the head of the program analyst program. It was over Zoom, super lowkey and friendly, only about half an hour. Then a few weeks later I had another round of interviews, three different interviews that were half an hour each. They were all in one day on Zoom, the hour and a half was a little rough but overall fine. The first two half-hours were with sets of program directors and the last was with current program analysts.
