National Journal interview questions

I heard from a recruiter following an online application. The woman I spoke to could not have been less interested in interviewing me and was unenthusiastic about the company and the role. She asked non-specific questions and didn't have much interest in my answers cutting me off before I had finished. When I asked her questions she blew me off in a way that told me I didn't need to worry about it because I wouldn't be getting the job. I don't know why she bothered meeting with me.

Very straightforward, over the phone interview process. Met with the hiring manager, who shared a lot of details regarding the role and the type of employee they were looking for.
