I interviewed at National Kidney Foundation (Norwood, MA)
Interview
Very easy. Basic questions. Why do you want to work here, what do you know about the company, strengths, weaknesses, it was like entry level queries. I did not like working there, very cliquey, not for me.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at National Kidney Foundation (Ban Som Phone) in Sept 2025
Interview
It took over 2 months to hear from a recruiter. Then they mentioned the hiring manager was out on maternity leave so they weren't sure when or what would happen with the hiring process. I was asked to create a deck to share that showcased my resume. This was sent but had zero followup. Also, the recruiter mentioned there was a a TON of turnover, which is a red flag to a interviewer. They were on contract. It seems like something is amiss and I am glad I didn't move further along.
applied for position, recruiter responded within 2 weeks for phone screening, additional questions asked via email, final interview pushed up, zoom for interview sent after meeting was supposed to start, final interview started late and was conducted virtually with one senior member of team.
