There was no initial phone screen; instead, I went straight into the interview process with the Hiring Manager, followed by a panel of three members. Unfortunately, the HR coordination for the interviews was subpar. One of the interviewers couldn't attend at the scheduled time, leading to a rescheduling. This caused confusion as two different links were provided in the email chain. I mistakenly used the wrong link initially. However, even when using the correct one, one of the interviewers was still late. As a result, I had to send a reminder email to request the interview to start. Despite these coordination challenges, the interviewers themselves were easy-going and accommodating. In any case, the interview itself was impressive, regardless of the unprofessionalism displayed during the scheduling process. The positive aspect is that the rejection email arrived promptly. Looks like they had already found a candidate, and they interviewed me just as a formality or for the sake of it.
