In order to be selected all the interested students had to pass a written test on general culture. They also needed to be interviewed by a Professor to verify the level of English and therefore be put in two different groups for English lessons.

Interview
The interview process was just like as it's supposed to be. It was made up of 2 parts. Firstly there was a face-to-face interview with the Hiring Manager. She asked a lot of questions about my future goals and then there was a soft skills ability test.
