I had a phone screen with an HR person who did a great job going over the position. The first interview was with the IT Manager going over the whole position and my background. Then a 3rd interview with some of their executives, who clearly didn't understand the role. Was told that I would hear back in a couple of days. I let a week go by heard nothing. Called the HR rep who I first talked to she told me was laid off and no longer with the company. That raised all kinds of red flags for me that a multi billion dollar company with less than 50 employees laying off folks. And never heard back from them either way. Just a strange experience and waste of my time.

It was three rounds. Each round got progressively more technical. The people were all very nice. You should know the basics. Be prepared and knowledgeable and you will do well.

Interview
First, HR contacted me; she appeared pleasant and pleased to be working for the organization. She said that she had only been with the company for a year, and after a 30-minute interview with her, she lined me up with the hiring manager, which I thought went well. They then emailed me a three-hour assessment to complete. The question was about real estate investing, and it was incomplete, but I did my best to complete it in the three hours I had. I waited 7 business days for a response and emailed them on the 7th business day, but my email was returned as undeliverable. Then I called the HR representative I met with, who informed me that she no longer works for the organization. There was no email from the hiring manager or anyone else. I'm feeling quite belittled. I took three hours off work to do this.
