I applied for their Yard Jockey position in Windsor Locks, CT on Indeed. I received a VM requesting me to call to speak with someone about the position. The person I spoke with pleasant and overall the phone call was casual. She explained where I would be working, what the job would entail and what the hours would be along with the salary. I asked if the salary was negotiable and she said they could bump me up another $0.50 since I had experience. That pretty much ended the phone call as the position at that point was only going to pay $21.50 an hour. Sorry National Shunt, you need to do better. Start negotiating rather demanding more when you negotiate contracts with places like CNS.
