Interview
Didn’t manage to undergo an interview but HR personnel called me to do a phone screening. Towards the end of the interview, she asked if I can lower my salary to standardized it across healthcare. This gives me the vibes that my experiences aren’t important but more important to follow the book. Better not join a company that cannot even give good compensation that aligns with candidates’ qualifications and experiences. underpaid = hard to retain staff?

Interview
Friendly supervisor, smooth interview process with Zoom and in-person rounds. They asked about my experience and education. Office is new, well-located, and has a great environment. Overall, a positive experience.

Interview
Interview process was rather intense and strict. Straight forward with details and expectations as well. Processing time was relatively efficient. Some of the interview questions took me off guard.
