Had a first-round interview that went well. HR person said she was impressed with my background and would forward my resume to the manager. Never heard back from them. I emailed the HR person twice and even contacted her on LinkedIn, but still never got a response. It has been about a month without any response. I do not care if I am rejected, I just need to be told I am not getting an offer without being ghosted. They have a terrible hiring system.
