Easy and comfortable, supervisor was detailed about the company and the position requirements. Interview was a phone session and asked about previous experience. Emphasis on team building and respect towards working mothers.

It was years ago. Had 1 interview and was hired on the spot. I answered an add on craiglist. Came in and spoke with my future manager for about 20mn and they offered me a job on the spot
