Interviewed with one vet, there was two at the clinic. Pretty typical interview. Got looked at like I was a lion in a cage by the other staff. Was told that the schedule was flexible, benefits were available and there was a possibility for overtime.

Pretty standard. Shown around the office, exam rooms, surgery suite, back offices. No interaction with staff other than office manager. Everything I was expecting from this clinic. Office was organized and mostly clean.

The first step was an initial phone call with a regional recruiter. The second step was a zoom meeting with the practice managers. Both interviews were very straightforward to prepare for. The last step was a site visit, just be engaged and be yourself!
