Native Foods interview questions

I saw there was a job listing on Craigslist, so I walked into the restaurant and asked for the manager. Upon asking him if there was still a waitress/cashier position available, he said yes and proceeded to interview me right then and there. He only asked a few questions, such as 'Have you worked at a restaurant before?' and 'How many hours are you wanting to work per week?'. I had brought my resume along, but he did not ask for a resume or references. He hired me on the spot (after only a few minutes of questions), had me fill out a form, and let me know when the next training session was.

I was referred to work here from a friend. I came in and told them that I had been a vegetarian for most of my life and had some experience as a table busser. They were very friendly and asked me only a few questions. I got to try some free, delicious food and was hired pretty much on the spot.
