Interview
The interview process began with a preliminary virtual HR meeting to assess basic qualifications and cultural fit. I then proceeded to a meeting with the VP of Revenue to delve deeper into my expertise and alignment with revenue goals. Following this, I engaged in discussions with the CRO and finally, met with the Head of People to evaluate my fit within the organizational culture and values, ensuring alignment beyond just skills and experience. During the whole process, the team was extremely positive and professional, they put a lot of effort, made me feel really comfortable and never hesitated to answer any of my questions.

Interview
I had a series of calls with the recruiting team, the hiring manager & VP of sales and CSO.
The interviews focussed on my previous experience, experience selling & demoing SaaS products, outreach/sequencing approach etc.
Everyone was helpful & friendly during the process and were happy to answer any questions I had.
