Interview
It was a phone interview that lasted a good amount of time, where questions were asked by both parties, and there was a lot of good conversation as well. Everything I needed to know about the company was said, and I had a good idea of what I was going into at the end of the call.
Challenging and thorough, have to give a presentation on an area of specialty in the natural world. They ask behavioral and situational questions, and you must be an experienced guide.
