I interviewed at Natural Habitat Adventures
Interview
There was a 2on1 Zoom chat talking about my skills, the job description, and the company culture. There appeared to be a sense of urgency with filling the role as I was offered a second-round practical interview very quickly after where I provided some insights/observations on various data and documents. After this, I was ghosted by the company despite emailing the hiring manger I was speaking with. This was especially disappointing as the hiring manager prided herself on her willingness to provide feedback to applicants and be transparent through the process. I eventually got another job and withdrew my candidacy over email, but ultimately heard nothing from the organization.

Question 1
How does your professional experience/journey prepare you for success in this role?
After applying it took about a month for them to contact me for an interview. After that, the interview process went quickly. It started with the HR rep plus one other person. They were both nice, Then, they had me complete an hour-long assessment. After that, they contacted me for a second interview, which was with a panel of 3 people. At the end, they mentioned there would be a THIRD interview, which I thought was excessive, but in the end, they never contacted me back anyway.
They never updated me on the status of my application, which I thought was inconsiderate given the fact that I had spent a long time preparing for multiple interviews plus an assessment. I would have appreciated knowing I was declined for the position rather than getting ghosted.
