Naturepedic interview questions

I interviewed at Naturepedic. The process took 3 weeks. There were two interviews, one on zoom and another in person with the owner present. Very disorganized and unclear expectations. No HR team so they did not know how to interview. Asked me a total of 3 questions during the entire process. Felt like I was interviewing them. Focused more on selling the role than asking about my experience.

Seemed like a nice group of knowledgeable people, although there is very clear lack of diversity within the department. VP pushed culture a lot and practically ignored hard skills related to digital marketing. Interviewing process was inefficient; 4 different marketing managers all went 1:1 instead of having an open panel. This translated to a lot of repetition over a 3 hour period. Business started as a small family run company that is now growing at a rapid pace. Good opportunity for the right personality/skill set. Review of skills was not too drastic, and the various managers knew their stuff. The company uses outside agencies to facilitate tactical implementation - this was not a strict hands-on role.
