Natures Way Foods interview questions

Extremely informal interview, not very professional just reading off a sheet 1 by 1. They also make you do a test on Excel where they sit and stare at you whilst timing you. Youll never work like this so unsure why they feel adding this much pressure to an interview is a good idea. They also lied about working hours before the interview, when have they had been honest I wouldnt have taken the interview as its weekend work, and dont get back to you if you dont get it, despite telling you when youll hear back.
