Interview
There were two rounds of interviews. The first round included giving a presentation and 5 scenario questions to demonstrate experience with Naval assets, facilities, processes, and problem solving skills. The second interview round was less formal and discussed the specific role, responsibilities, potential career development paths, employee benefits and general expectations of the position.

Well organized but a lack of information. All day event. Met 3 different people in 3 different areas. Interviewed in October and finally got an offer letter in December. They flew us up.

Interview
Interview was informal, in person, and delightful. I almost felt as if they were selling me the job instead of me pitching myself. A nice discussion between people with engineering backgrounds.
