1. 30 min screening call with member of Talent team (running over CV, basic questions about motives for applying)
2. 30 min interview with would-be Manager (more specific role-based questions)
3. I was then put through to 'meet the team'. Rather than this be one collective call with all team members present, this involved three further separate 30 min interviews over the following week. The first two of these were focused/pleasant interviews, the third a bit of a 'what am I thinking' exercise where the interviewer threw out some pretty random questions.
Obviously if you get the job after five stages/two weeks of interviews, it's all worthwhile but if you don't it's a lot of time/effort to spend.
