I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Naviga Recruiting & Executive Search (Orlando, FL)
Interview
The interview process was typical, although I had to reach out to the company because the interview never followed up with me after making numerous attempts to reach out.
The interview was well, it’s just disappointing to go through a bad interview process with an actual recruiting company. I was told I would be followed up with another interview and that information would be sent.
I never received the information, and I could only imagine why. They ended up hiring someone else. I’m not upset being I wasn’t going to take the position anyway. But it truly showed me the characteristics of this company if they can’t even follow through with their own interviews, how are you successful with businesses? Luckily, it helped me clarify this wasn’t the company for me. As a recruiting company it would be great if time and communication were respected. I would value this company more if they stuck to the values they work by.
The only reason I say no offer is because the process was incomplete.
Outside of that it’s a small company, no employer sponsored health care, base salary with commission.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Naviga Recruiting & Executive Search (Tampa, FL) in Sept 2014
Interview
The first step of the interview was a group interview where we were asked simple questions like what's your favorite music album of all time? What kind of Job would like to have when you graduate college? A few days later I was called and asked to come back for an individual interview with the owner of the company.

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Naviga Recruiting & Executive Search (Vienna, VA) in Dec 2011
Interview
Two different recruiters called me and left me a message about the job. It sounded interesting with a decent salary so I called back saying I was interested. After three days of not hearing anything I sent an email and the recruiter just said she was busy and would call back when she could. Finally she did and I had a short interview over the phone. It has been a few days since then and I still haven't heard anything by phone or email from them. The company sounds legit but they are very slow at following up with you.
