I first needed to apply on line, submit resume and then had first phone interview. After first interview I took a personality test. I had my second phone interview and then was invited to corporate headquarters for the in person interview. The in person interview was with the VP of Sales as well as the Director of sales.
The onsite interview was a one on one interview as well as a demonstration of their product. I was given information about a fictional company and a slide deck on the NAVIS Narrowcast product. The key with the "mock" presentation is that they are not expecting you to know the product inside and out, but more interested in finding out how you get information from them. They use the SPIN selling sales technique which is all about asking questions and drilling down to get to the "pain". So if they ask you a question during the presentation reply with a question that tries to learn more about why they asked it in the first place.
After the mock presentation you will have a traditional 1:1 type of interview. Most likely will go to lunch with other Sales Consultants as well.
I was then followed up with a couple of shorter phone interviews after the presentation.
Very nice people, growing and exciting company.
