I met with a designer on team before going into the office to meet Neal. Neal is awkward and almost rude. He could barely stay focus when I went through my resume and portfolio. I am very brief with my presentation, usually 2-3 sentences to describe the projects. Then he scoffed at my salary range, which is the industry rate for intermediate designer. He comes off unprofessional and unfriendly. Wish I've read the glassdoor reviews before accepting the interview.
