Nearform Senior Python Developer interview questions

The interview was ok, I passed all the steps but I'm here to warn you that as a Consultancy Company they have this bad attitude of interviewing a lot of candidates and then keep them as a sort of buffer, so they only make an offer only if they have a project to fit you. I passed all the process but they didn't make me an offer because there was not project at that time

Their own internal recruiter/hr reached out to me first via some platform, I never applied. Had a chat, told me a bunch about the company. Asked a bit about my CV and about me, Talk overall went well but nothing complicated, just generic chat like the ones you have when a recruiter first reaches out to you cause they found your CV somewhere. Nothing you would think is an interview stage or that would disqualify you. Told me they'd tell me within 1-2 days about how to proceed. Apparently they're usually really quick. Weeks went by and I never heard from them again... Not even notification of a rejection. There was no interview anyway what rejection? They just told me about the company on a call, that's all we did. Very strange. Just wasting my time. Why even bother reaching out? Feels like being rejected by a recruiter who reached out first without even doing any stages of any interview.
