Though all the ladies were pleasant to speak with, it is clear that this company has no idea how to grow a unique digital stylist platform. They will hire low pay people with retail (who are not true stylists and lose money. Waste of time going through multiple calls and video submission over the course of 4 weeks. The woman who questioned me were so lacking in knowledge and clearly no nothing about NYC or personal clienteling.

When was the last time you successfully managed a stressful situation with a customer.... old question perfect for a stale company
Pretty lengthy, It took about two months and about 3-4 interviews in total.
You meet with multiple managers including yours and the operations.
Most of those interviews being virtual since this is a remote position

Interview
They were super interested in learning more about my background and experience. Everyone is very welcoming once you secure the interview. They do want you to already have existing clients to bring to the Neiman Marcus network. If you don't have that it seems like they won't be interested. There is another position called assistant digital stylist that is more entry level.
