I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Neiman Marcus (Walnut Creek, CA) in Jan 2014
Interview
It was brief, up to the point: mainly covered experience and reasons for choosing the company. Three members of the management team had brief conversations with me. Talked a lot about fashion, trends, and personal attitude towards them.
This was a virtual interview with recruiter. The next step would have been with a local sales manager but our schedules did not align so I did not continue the process.

Question 1
Can you tell us about your experience satisfying customers?
Simple and straightforward, questions about my experience, why I want to work there, etc. Then, more specific questions about my sales background. There were no trick questions really. It was just straight to the point.
I had a virtual interview with a recruiter after applying and invited to online hiring fair. Discussed background, asked about commitment and availability as well as applicable skills and background. Was looking for a seasonal position, and none were available yet.
