One of the best hiring process I have gone through. Right from the HR interview to the final round, everyone is super friendly and responsive. I interviewed with Nest Wealth towards the end of November for the Software Developer role. The entire process was pretty fast and took about a week after the first interview is scheduled. Online Assessment: Talent Manager reached to me for an online assessment for approx 2 hours. It consists of a few MCQs and a couple of coding questions. Round 1: 30 min phone interview with the HR describing the role and discussing your work experience. Pretty friendly and nice conversation. Round 2: 30 min technical interview with the Hiring Manager with questions from your resume. There were some more technical questions about the skillset and your previous work experience. Round 3: One-hour technical interview with Senior Developer and Product Manager. A more in-depth conversation about the role and understanding your work experience. This was followed by an exercise that tests how critically you think as a team.
