Nestig has a few different steps to their hiring process, starting with an assessment where you'll answer questions acting as a support specialist on their team. I got to the first round of interviews after this, but was not contacted again updating me on the status of my candidacy. I thought the hiring manager was nice, and the interview went smoothly, but I just wished they would've given me an update after completing an assessment round and 1 interview round. After this round, there should be a few more interview rounds including one round where you'll speak with the operations team in a panel-style interview, one where you'll speak with the co-founders, one where you'll speak with the hiring manager again, and I believe one more, but I forget who you'll speak with at this round. Overall, I would say it's hard just given the length of the process, but the team seem very nice.
