There are 2 steps of the assessment, The first step is a Video interview with unlimited trail. The second part is some gamified assessments, around 2 to 3 games. Very easy to understand. it is designed to understand your personality. it takes around 1 hour to complete

Interviewed by the Brand Manager of the Nutrition part for about 30 minutes. They offered me some beverage and it was pretty casual. But she didn't seem very interested in me through out the interview.

Very weird interview process, it was a very one way conversation and felt uncomfortable at times without any back and forth. No emotional reaction to my responses, just a blank response and someone taking notes, it felt very impersonal
