Applied through a former employee who set up the interview. It was one phone call asking what experience I had, my intensions with working with nestle and my future plans since I am still in college. The interview probably lasted 30 minutes, but the tone was always casual and I was note nervous. She asked dates I would be available and what pay I expected which caught me off guard. She then said I would hear back in a couple days. After three days I was called and left a message offering the job. The whole process took 2 weeks tops.
