The process is pretty standard. Multiple rounds of behavioral interviews. Make sure you have specific examples of things you’ve done. Pretty easy compared to other companies I’ve interviewed with. Was full remote but could have changed.

Interview
I had a 30 minute phone screen with an HR person. We talked briefly about the company and about the role. He asked me light questions about my working style and experience. I was then brought in for an in-person interview. I met with 4 people over the course of 4 hours. 2 finance people, one marketing person, and another HR person.

The Director of Finance asked me to fill out a cash flow analysis on the spot. Also a couple of math questions. "How many golf balls could you fit in this room?"

Interview
Interview process involved various levels of management. This was a timely process due to availability of personnel. Enviroment was very comfortable and conversatioal style. Each presented questions involving their area of expertise.
