4 total rounds of interviews: 1 with recruiting partner 3 with Senior Managers All interviews conducted over the phone or through Zoom, each lasting 30 minutes. Each interview was designed to be conversational with team members, not using a list of prewritten questions. Interviewers were personable in their approach to interviewing me, and knowledgeable in their approach to answering my questions.
