Interview
I applied online. Got an email from HR. 1st round was a phone interview. It was basically a resume walkthru. The interviewer also asked some basic technical questions like what is OSPF, give an example for OSPF troubleshooting.
I got selected for the 2nd round. It was a 2hr Webex interview. There were 3 rounds 1) technical 2) customer relationship abilities 3) presentation
In the presentation round, they will give you their product and you have to learn the product and present a demo of their product. Then they will ask you questions based on the presentation.
After the 2nd round, they did not give me any feedback. I followed up 3 times in 3 weeks but I didn't get any reply on followups. I think It is very unprofessional and rude behavior. You should give a response to the candidates. It doesn't matter where the outcome of the interview is positive or negative but you should tell the result to the candidates.
Thank you very much for the detailed feedback and I apologize sincerely we did not get back to you with any response after you had gone through the interview process. We follow a very stringent process when it comes to interview protocol and we always strive to be best in class when it comes to our responses to candidates. In this case, we dropped the ball when it came to achieving this standard and I take full responsibility as the leader of this department to ensure my Recruiters get back to all candidates no matter what the outcome. In any case, I apologize and encourage you to contact me personally, should you want to apply for any other role in the company in the future.

Interview
Apparently the "Global Talent Acquisition Manager" was the point of contact for the entire recruitment process. Although this review might sound like from sour grapes, it is far from it and attempts to shed light on the negative first-hand experience. The recruiter sends an email demanding for an interview availability with the most unprofessional email etiquette. I decided to respond as I was excited at the opportunity. The interview is scheduled for one round the next week after which I receive another email stating that they would like to schedule another interview which would be a series of 5 calls. Out of the 5 calls, one was the technical round in which I was supposed to demo the product which is absurd since it should be the other way round given that you are supposed to be trained by the company on the product that you are hired to support! The other rounds are basic personality rounds with management. A week later, salary is discussed and they proceed with background verification. Silence from their end for about a week. I follow-up and the recruiter reveals that the role has been placed on hold and the recruiter stated that it will come off hold after a month. I follow-up a month later and recruiter says the role has been filled and I am no longer under consideration. The professionalism/integrity or the lack thereof should have been my telltale signs to quit pursuing the opportunity at this organization.
Thank you for your feedback and the time you took to write this review. We will utilize your comments as we continue to grow to make necessary improvements. We value all of our employee populations comments and feedback and feel these are required as we strive to become the areas best place to work.
