1. Tell me about your self. 2. Why you want to change job ? After asking these 2 question interviewer gave me his laptop. They gave me a web form which they are going to use in his current project as interviewer told. I did 80% of the web form but the interviewer told me the part which is not working properly is very urgent for this project (related to JavaScript offset() function). I was unable to fix JavaScript offset() function issue. When i was developing form many time interviewer asked me how you learn JavaScript & Jquery ? How i can learn JavaScript & Jquery ? As i feel, they don't want to hire any UI developer. At that time their employee was unable to developed that form (because that form used lots of JavaScript, JQuery functionality) so they conduct UI developer interview. Many time i called HR about my interview feedback but always she gave me new new excuse. After 10 days she told me my feedback is 20% and she want above 50% feedback people.
