3 stage interview process- Firstly a phone screen with HR, then a face-to-face with the hiring director accompanied by HR. 2nd Interview with hiring director and auxiliary director for different perspective.

One great questions they asked was "In the research that you have done with the experience you have, what do you think our current position, goals and direction are?"
