The most embarrassing hiring process I have ever experienced… The recruiter called me for a brief two-minute conversation and scheduled a meeting with two team members without providing any explanation at all. When the day of the interview arrived, I started by introducing myself, which took about three minutes. After that, it was just non-stop questions. The two team members kept overlapping each other, and then, out of nowhere, they asked about my salary expectations and abruptly ended the call. Again, no explanation whatsoever. It has now been three weeks, and I haven’t heard anything—not that I would want to work there after such an embarrassing process.
