I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Netbuilder
Interview
It was an assessment day at the netbuilder academy in worthing. We were in a small office building in a random location. The day started off with a talk about the company and what the graduates would be offered. The salary was quite small but offered extras depending on how regularly you worked after training. The interview itself was not very hard, just going over the CV and basic interview questions.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Netbuilder in Sept 2014
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter from the company who had found my details on a job board. She was very friendly. Given a simple test to complete upon arrival. The interviewer boasted about how good the company was and seemed to be looking for a very experienced programmer. Not sure about the company as a whole, I did find it strange that they had 5 very positive reviews on Glassdoor on Sep 4, 2014.

Interview
It started with phone interview where I was asked basic questions about the role and my education, experience. I was invited to the assessment day after the phone interview. The assessment day was in Worthing offices. It started from 9am and finished around 4pm. We had to take on Java basic test and then select a project manager which would allocate us tasks to fit into the time frame. We had to arrange our lunch as well, which was kinda interesting, but due to being to focused on the tasks, we just ordered Dominos Pizza. Through the day we had to business (personality) and technical (Programming and education) interviews, they were 15mins each. At the end of the day we presesnted our tasks in front of current employees and explained what difficulties we faced.
