Technical interview was difficult for junior and about 1hour and a half a bit stressing but the interviewer was a nice person. Interview with hr was the typical hr interview with the business partner of the department.

Interview
The process consisted of 3 interview rounds in total. Rounds 2 and 3 were scheduled on the same day.
Round 1: This was an introductory meeting focused on goals and cultural alignment. It felt more like a "getting to know each other" session to see if my career aspirations matched the company’s direction.
Round 2: A more detailed discussion about project work. We talked about my past experiences and, specifically, how I collaborate with team members on a project. A key part of this round was swapping to English halfway through to warm up for the final technical stage.
Round 3: This was a technical session conducted entirely in English with an employee based outside of Greece. It involved a whiteboard design task. I was asked to design a questionnaire system for a website. I started with the Frontend architecture (how the user interacts with the questions). Then, I moved into the Backend logic (how the data is processed and stored).

There were 3 interviews. In the first interview we talked about general information and requirements. In the second, an analytical dialogue was developed with the team leader about expectations and small information on the resume. While in the third and longer one, I had to solve a case related to website development.

What do you expect the environment you work in to be like? A software question. While the database integration process is a technical question.
The first stage was a get-to-know-you process, the interviewer asked me different things about myself and why I chose the company. I got to the second stage where I was given an assignment to complete concerning technical proficiency.
