1st & 2nd rounds are Technical rounds taken by the local team and manager respectively. 3rd round would be taken by senior IT Manager via Video Conference from Russia and it's also a Techincal one. And last round would be HR round which is a generic round about process and salary discussions. Note: For each round there would be a week of time.
