Netcracker Technology Test Engineer interview questions

2 rounds of interview. Technical followed by the managerial. Technical interview was fine. Managerial round person was asking question as if he is the over achiever in his life in this domain. When I checked his LinkedIn profile, seemed he himself hasn't switched any company in his whole career i:e probably not given any interview himself. What makes him eligible to interview anyone

They have done three rounds of technical interview and most to questions are related to oss (operation support system) and BSS (Business support system). Over all the interview process is awesome
