The in-person interview will focus on safety, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) principles, alongside technical questions assessing your expertise. It will follow a standard format with a mix of topics.

The interview consisted of safety related questions and behavioural questions asking for examples of where I have demonstrated the Network Rail behaviours. They send out guidance on how to structure you answers with the interview invite, it was really helpful to use this.

Interview
The interview process is very smooth. The first and final round is 1 hour, competency- and technical-based. Most of the questions were safety, inclusivity and risk-related. Situational questions and technical questions were risk related
