I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Network Rail (Brighton, England) in Jan 2024
Interview
The interview process with good and calm 2 interviewers, was speaking good and helpful, Everything was perfect with them and my points and questions and answers, but just one major problem, they were looking for a highly experienced person with more than 7+ years of, but it was not mentioned on job posting and hence they rejected me saying I am too young and I just have one year experience in the same field. My suggestion: If you don't have 5+ Years of Experience DON'T APPLY TO NETWORK RAIL, another shortcut to land a job, you have someone working there inside to push you up and join there by referral.
